The Essentials
If
you’re interested in receiving up-to-date financial reports on a monthly or
quarterly basis, we offer flat-fee packages depending on the number of accounts
we will track, and the amount of activity in your accounts. Your accounting
file must be organized in order to make the most of this service. Please visit
our organization process section if you’re behind on your bookkeeping.
Monthly or Quarterly Bookkeeping – We will automatically update your general
ledger/accounting files and provide bank reconciliations, generate a balance
sheet, income statements, and any other financial you may need or want through
your own secure portal.

you would like additional services beyond The Essentials, please contact us for
your unique situation. We will customize your bookkeeping/accounting needs and
your financial reports to your industry, the way you run your business, and to
answer your management questions. Listed below are some of the most popular
extras we offer:

On-Site Meetings or Web-Conferencing – If you’re in our
local area, we will schedule on-site visits by appointment at your request.
On-sites are usually scheduled to perform extra work or to review reports.
On-sites are not the most cost-effective way of offering our services as it
limits our availability to you and to other clients. A telephone or web
conference is the most cost-effective way to schedule face to face time to go
over reports and accounting tasks.

Invoicing – Once we evaluate your
needs, we will recommend the correct application to manage your invoicing and
customer relations.

Bill-Pay – Once we evaluate your
needs, we will recommend the correct application to manage your bill-pay and
vendor relations.
