We are a small firm here in South Lake Tahoe, CA and we
offer a wide variety of services, customized to fit your needs. We make bookkeeping and accounting simple for
all small and medium businesses who would otherwise not be able to afford or do
not wish to hire a bookkeeper part/full-time.
We focus our expertise on accounting file setup, organization, catch-up,
and weekly/monthly recurring services. We service businesses in any industry,
of any size, and with any budget!

Right Track for Next Tax Season?
Let us focus on your organization of accounts. We suggest that you sign up for our monthly
bookkeeping service we provide to get our new clients caught-up and cleaned up
with their existing or non-existing accounting files. If you have had a
previous bookkeeper or an accountant doing the work and that stopped at some
point, we can take over the file wherever you and/or your previous accountant
left off. This phase of the work is what we call the organization process. This
is mostly what we work on during tax season.
Whether you have an
existing file or need us to create a new one for your business or personal
finances (QuickBooks or other Accounting programs), we’ll start with our organization
process which may take up 1 to 2 weeks. Afterwards, we can add you to our monthly
schedule of maintaining your files and providing you with reports. In addition, we will also add paying your
bills, collecting receivables from your customers, paying your employees, and
filing payroll tax forms, if applicable.
